It means the accounts must be owned by a person with the same first and last names. Therefore, if accounts you add to your Office are registered in different names, you will be automatically recognized as a dishonest participant and will be locked by the system. You have the right to request help to be sent to any of your specified bank or bitcoin account. Yet, it is not allowed to share the same bank account and bitcoin wallet with other people!
The absence of multi-accounts (when one person registers multiple times in the system) is the key to a dynamic and sustainable development of the community in the future. A person creating multiple accounts, thus trying to obtain additional bonuses beyond the ones set out in the rules, deceives his/her colleagues and friends, in the end deceiving himself/herself. Such frauds will be locked once and for all and immediately expelled from the Community! The Community needs only honest people who change the world for the better!
If you haven’t violated the rules but your account has been locked, you should write to the Support and attach a photo or scan of ID in order to confirm your identity. You might have been suspected of unfair participation and automatically locked by the system. Besides, the Security Department (MMM police) can request a video record to clarify the entire situation. In case the member hasn’t violated the rules, there’s nothing to worry about. He/she will be unlocked, and the ban won’t affect his/her Mavro accrual.
The Security Department has effective tools to determine whether accounts belong to the same person or to different people. If you have one account and you follow these recommendations, you do not need to worry. In an extreme case, even if you have been locked (temporarily), but you have followed all the recommendations — you will be able to confirm your identity, your account will be unlocked, and accrual of your Mavros won’t be affected. So — play fair and keep calm! We’re on your side!

Basic Conditions:
- The amount of help you provided turns into Mavro (conventional unit in the MMM system). For example, if the member has provided help worth of ¥1,000, he/she will be awarded Mavro 1,000.
- The amount in Mavro increases every day at 08.00 a.m. (Beijin time).
- Mavros start growing at the moment the PH-request is confirmed.
- Bonuses start growing at the moment the main contribution is confirmed (the contribution which bonuses have been charged on).
If in the course of two weeks after you have joined the community you haven’t made any contributions or made any referrals (i. e. you haven’t recruited people through your referral link or invite), your account in the MMM Personal Office may be deleted for inactivity! Therefore, if you have any problems or questions, please, contact your leader through the contacts indicated in the PO (Personal Office) or contact the Support using the button at the top right corner of the PO.
If you are new to the community and haven’t still understood all functions of your Personal Office (PO), you can make your leader your control confidant to help you with your account. Never share your PO e-mail and password with anyone. You have to follow these recommendations for your own safety.
The community members should understand that the MMM recommendations protect the interests of the members in order to ensure steady operation and stable payments. In MMM, money is redistributed among the community members only. Being honest is the main priority for the community because MMM was not created for getting richer — its main goal is making financial relations between people fairer.
