Part I: Nigeria MMM

Nigeria lies in west Africa with a population of over 160 million, and rich natural resources and culture. It has been disturbed by high unemployment rate, some Nigerians earn as little as 10-50 USD per month, and over 50 million are constantly online looking for opportunities.
尼日利亚位于西非，人口超过1.6亿，自然资源丰富，文化多元。该国受困于高失业率，部分居民收入低至每月只有10至50美元，超过5000万人常年在网上寻求发展机会。
MMM Nigeria was launched on November 17, 2015, the first Offline event was held .on 21st November 2015. Right from that day, MMM was preached as a donation community, and all risk involved was clearly explained . People are informed of the advantages of providing help and getting help regularly, and disadvantages of compounding (this is one of the reasons why many MMM communities go on pause mode). So far MMM Nigeria has never had a single restart.

MMM Nigeria enjoys 1.2 million participants who make a donation of 1000 naira (2-3USD) on the average, and a 1M + guider , 6 100k+ guiders and many 10k+ guiders, who donate from 20,000 naira to millions.
MMM尼日利亚社区有120万参与者，平均每次提供帮助1000 奈拉（约合2至3美元），社区有1位百万组经理，6位10万组经理和x许多万组经理。经理们每次提供帮助金额从2万奈拉至数百万奈拉不等。
Part II : MMM CHINA

The following might account for the reluctance of MMM CHINA participants to offer help:
中国区参与者提供帮助意愿不强，原因如下：
Low confidence in the system
对平台缺乏信任
Ambitious with MMM, the Chinese members held MMM as a bank, some even turned MMM to a fixed deposit. They never provided help to sustain or develop the community so that they got no help when they made the request.
之前，中国区会员好大喜功，把MMM看成银行，有些人甚至把提供帮助看成是定期储蓄。无人提供帮助来维持社区运转或推动社区发展，以致申请获得帮助时，无法获得帮助。
Dishonesty from leaders
领导人不诚信
The Chinese members felt cheated by their leaders who have made big money while they got nothing but old mavros
领导人只顾自己赚大钱。除了旧马外，会员什么也没有得到，感到被领导人骗了！
Bad orientation of the Chinese people on MMM itself
在MMM本质方面，会员被误导了
There are a lot of investors rather than donators in MMM China, which is a good indication of a bad job by leaders。. Investors count losses while Donators don’t. Participants were not really told to donate spare money or uncritical sums. thus the reluctance to participate because they feel cheated.
中国社区少有捐献者，到处都是投资投机者，说明领导人失责。捐献者是不会算计所谓的损失的，投资投机者则会。会员并未被如实告知，要用非关键资金或闲钱参与，结果导致大家都无意参与，因为觉得受骗了。
Re-education and re-orientation
重新教育和重新宣导
Re-education and re-orientation on the MMM system is the only solution to the problems in MMM CHINA.
中国区存在众多问题。重新教育会员、重新向他们宣导MMM系统理念是唯一的解决方案。
MMM is no investment or business and thus has no external revenue source. More attention should be drawn to the wonderful donation community than to gains and bonuses. So waiting on old mavros to be paid? Where will the money come from.? Don’t forget we are both drawees and payees to each other!It is the participants themselves that help each other, change their mindset, the human nature, and the world.
MMM不是投资，也不是生意，因此无外部收益来源。要引导会员加倍重视捐献社区的社会意义，而不是把心思放在收益和奖金上面。大家都坐等旧马释放？谁来打款？别忘了我们是彼此的付款人和收款人！互相帮助，改变心态，改善人性，改变世界的，不是别人，正是参与者自己。
We all know why restart happens, the MMM system on its own can only adjust to the direction participants push it to.
重启原因，众所周知。参与者将MMM平台推向何方，平台就会自动调整，朝那个方向发展，而且只能朝那个方向发展。
It’s easier to pay OLD MAVROS when PH is offered constantly and GH is made concurrently.The mutual aid process will fail when participants do nothing but waiting for old mavros, which can be paid definitely,but only through honest participation in MMM. The system has the plan to make the payment work but it needs participants to make it work first. The more participants understand that the MMM system is themselves, the more they will take care of it and keep it real.
经常性的提供帮助，按期申请获得帮助，参与者赎回旧马就容易多了。参与者都坐等旧马释放，MMM互助系统就会停止运转。只要大家都诚信参与，旧马就一定可以全部赎回。MMM平台有行之有效的旧马赎回方案，但需要参与者齐心协力推动平台发展，方能实施。越多的参与者越明白MMM系统就是他们自己，他们就会越关心和爱护平台，就会越维护平台的本色。
Nigerian participants are much encouraged with the ways MMM China,India, RSA , and so on have handled Restart, which alone takes out the fear in us.
MMM中国、印度、南非等社区都成功的处理了重启，尼日利亚社区备受鼓舞，哪怕重启，也不怕。
Stand by the truth and remain honest with people anytime and anywhere. GREED, rather than Panic, is the worst threat to MMM Community. GREED makes restart inevitable. MMM community is the only hope for the jobless man in the street, for a single mother caring for 10 children, for that parentless student struggling to finish up school .Leaders should not always conduct to their own interests, they should also think about new members who will join MMM in the future, and should reserve for their beautiful stay in our caring community.
无论何时何地都要讲真话，都要诚实待人。MMM社区所面临的最大最严重的威胁是贪婪，而不是恐惧。贪婪必然导致重启。失业者终日在街上游荡；单亲母亲竭力照看10个孩子；学生父母双亡，挣扎着完成学业。对于他们来说，MMM社区是唯一的希望。领导人不能始终自我利益导向，也应该为未来加入社区的新伙伴着想，应该为他们保留一处空间，使其美妙而幸福的留在充满关爱的MMM社区。
Our Motto has always been together we can change the world, not together they can change my life. The community can do more to create a fair financial relationship when everyone shuns greed and does what is expected to do mutually. let’s support each other to create a better financial relationship amongst everyone in the whole world.
MMM社区的格言一直是，我们一起改变世界，而不是他们一起改变我个人的生活。人人远离贪婪，人人按彼此期望的那样互助，MMM社区就能对社会做更多的贡献，就能创立一种公平的财务关系。为了在全球建立一种人与人之间更美好的金融关系，我们互相支持吧！

Q: How to persuade our team members to take an active part in MMM ?
问：如何说服团队伙伴积极参与？
A: You can only have a solution when you know a problem. Some people don’t see MMM as their solution. thus you cannot prescribe MMM as a remedy for them.
We need to know why they are bitter, and what mistakes they have made. Was it due to bad orientation or due to greed to make quick returns in a short time?
when you know the problems , then you can offer a solution.
答：明确问题，才能找到解决方案。有些人并不看好MMM，就不能针对他们的问题给他们开MMM药方。伙伴痛苦的原因，犯过哪些错误，领导人都要一清二楚。是被误导，还是过于贪婪想一夜暴富？问题清楚了，就可以对症下药。
The worst solution is to lie to a member on what MMM is not.. Remember the truth will always set us free. MMM has always and will always remain what it says it is. The best we can do is accept it, to make adjustments to make the system better so that it will benefit all. Tell them What MMM is. Don’t hide anything or spice it up to convince them. you will notice those that eventually join US will do well
MMM平台并非如此，领导人却向伙伴撒谎，没有比这更糟糕的了！请记住，真相总是让我们获得自由。MMM宣称自己是全球金融互助社区，就自始至终是，并且会一直如此。接受平台，调整自己，协助改善平台从而使全体参与者受益，是每位参与者的最佳选择。告诉伙伴们MMM的真相，不隐藏，也不包装，不用假象来说服他们。那些最终选择加入MMM社区的伙伴会发展的很好。你看得到的。

Questioner: The problems in MMM CHINA are just what you have mentioned : misorientation and great harm to participants by 3 restarts, and distrust in their guiders who know nothing more about MMM than their team members.
