目前MMM中国参与者最关心以下四个问题，旧马问题尤甚：
1）兑现国庆单优先匹配的承诺；
2） 优先匹配“10%首付+转换”订单；
3）加快其他2月8号之前平衡单的匹配；
4）加速旧马释放，提高旧马释放比率。
中国区有数百万老会员，是社区稳定和进一步发展的坚实基础。三次重启，使他们的投入和心血变成了旧马，有些人甚至陷入了困境！旧马是他们心中永远的痛，也是他们的希望和牵挂！只要旧马能大量释放，必将唤醒沉睡的老会员，激励他们奋勇开拓新市场！
“自扫门前雪”渗透中国人的骨髓。根据中国人的这一心理和文化特点，建议平台适时推出老会员提供帮助，释放自己35%旧马的奖励措施（下文简称‘旧马新政’）。
为了落实新政，建议平台：
一、暂停随机释放5%旧马，直接将这部分旧马释放给提供帮助的老会员，即，包括在旧马新政中。
随机释放5%旧马政策是马夫罗季先生大爱的体现，能给受困于旧马、手头紧的伙伴心理安慰和一线机会，但也会给绝大多数有闲钱的伙伴坐等旧马释放一个合理的借口并强化其狭隘的动机。大家都心照不宣的巴望别人冒风险提供帮助，自己却坐等旧马释放。结果必然是，除了少数忠诚的参与者外，绝大多数老会员不愿意继续提供帮助，以致旧马释放极其缓慢，信心难以恢复。
停止随机释放旧马，彻底断了那些坐等旧马回家的伙伴的念想，使他们意识到，只有行动，旧马才能释放！
每周新闻都会公布随机释放1000位伙伴的旧马，可是对其真实性存疑的伙伴却不在少数，宣传效果大打折扣。现在直接释放给他们，必深信无疑！
二、 将目前向积极会员随机释放5%的旧马，直接释放给提供帮助的老会员，即，包括在旧马新政中。
三、老会员排新单，暂停释放推荐人/领导人10%旧马，而将这10%旧马直接释放给提供帮助的老会员，即，包括在旧马新政中。
四、老会员排新单，释放自己10%旧马，保留，即，包括在旧马新政中。
五、每次获得帮助少于2999元者，包括本息、奖金和35%旧马，无需录制幸福信视频；3000元及以上者必须上传露脸幸福信视频。5%视频奖包括在旧马新政中。优质视频另奖励5%。
这样既可以促使老会员放下面子或顾虑，大胆的更加广泛的宣传MMM社区，又不会给平台增加额外负担。得到小金额帮助的会员更喜欢面对面或直接与朋友交流他们在MMM平台的幸福感受。其宣传效果要好于幸福信视频。
六、终止6个月及以上平衡单的复利增长，既大幅减轻了平台的负担，又免除了参与者对月复利不停滚存风险的担忧。
希望旧马新政能真正大面积的激活老会员，给他们以足够的信心和底气去开拓新市场，去吸引和带动新会员，从而最终使会员和平台进入良性循环。随着新老会员提供帮助高潮的到来，随着2017年2月8日之前的平衡单和“10%首付+转换”的订单陆续顺利出场，MMM中国不久将会骄傲的步入一个长期稳健发展和繁荣的新时代！

Proposal on Old Mavros Release
At present participants of MMM CHINA are most concerned about the following issues, especially about when their old Mavros will be released:
a. MMM commitment to the completion of PH orders between Oct. 1 and 7, 2016
b. MMM priority of the pairing of ‘10% first payment + conversion’ PH orders
c. Speeding up of the matching of all the rest PH orders partially completed, created before Feb. 8,2017
d. Fast and more release of old Mavros.
Millions of MMM members in China have laid a solid foundation for the stability and the further development of the community. Unfortunately, owing to the three restarts, their investment and efforts have turned into old Mavros. What’s worse, some of them have ever been thrown into family and financial trouble! The old Mavros are their hope and care as well as their heart-felt pain. The mere release of old Mavros would wake up the inactive old members, and inspire them to open up new market!
It is characteristic of the Chinese psychology and culture for one to sweep the snow from his own doorstep and mind no frost on the tile of others’ houses, which means one minds his own business and interests only and cares little about others. Accordingly, it is recommended that a total of 35% old Mavros be set free directly to participants who make donations ( hereafter the POLICY)
In order to implement the POLICY, MMM CHINA is expected to
A. Suspend the random release of the 5% old Mavros to participants who offer no help, which, instead, shall be released directly to those who provide help, i.e. included in the POLICY.
While the random release of 5% old Mavros represents the great love of Mr. Sergey Mavrodi, and gives participants trapped in old Mavros a sort of psychological comfort and a glimmer of opportunity, it also offers a reasonable excuse to those members of just waiting for old Mavros release, and even strengthens their narrow-mindedness, who actually have some spare money, and somehow would like to or would tend to donate otherwise. Tacitly everyone tends to see others take risks to provide help while themselves just waiting for the release of old Mavros. As a result, except loyal participants, most of the old members are reluctant to offer help, which, in return, leads to the slow release of old Mavros, which mainly accounts for the slow restoration of confidence in the System.
It’s urgent to suspend the random release of old Mavros so as to remove the narrow idea of just waiting for the release! Only by so doing could they be made aware that it is action not waiting that brings home their old Mavros!
There are not few who are skeptical about the weekly 1000 payment examples of old Mavros, which, in fact, has largely reduced the MMM-preaching effect. With the 5% released directly to their accounts, rather than suspicion, firm belief would arise at al
B. Suspend the random release of the other 5% old Mavros to currently active donators, which, instead, shall be released directly to those who provide help, i.e. included in the POLICY.
C. Suspend the direct release of the 10% old Mavros to guiders whose old associates offer help, which, instead, shall be released directly to those who provide help, i.e. included in the POLICY.
D. To leave in the POLICY the direct release of the 10% old Mavros to donators.
E. To agree that old members with GH of RMB2999 and under should not be required to upload their videos of ‘letter of happiness’ after receiving the said amount which includes the 35% old Mavros, while those with GH of RMB3000 and above should upload their videos of ‘letter of happiness’ with their faces shown on the videos after receiving the said amount which includes the 35% old Mavros. The 5% video bonus shall be included in the POLICY. 5% more will be awarded to those whose videos are of High quality.
In this way, old members with GH of RMB3000 and above would be encouraged to lay down their face, and preach MMM community with less concerns or reserve, even in a big way. AS for those with GH of RMB2999 and under, they might prefer to talk personally with their friends about their happy experiences with MMM, which is more effective in MMM preaching than their videos might be.
As you see from above, the POLICY will add no extra burden to the System.
F. To end immediately the Mavros growth of the compound interests for all the partially-completed PH orders that were created 180 days ago, and above.
The immediate termination of the compound growth of those PH orders would dramatically reduce the burden of the System, and help to eliminate participants’ worries about, even fear of the potential big risk of monthly-accumulated compound interest.
Hopefully, the POLICY can, in a large scale, activate the old members inactive or less active at present, and give them enough confidence and bottom spirit to develop new markets, attract and help new members, which, eventually, will usher participants and the System to a virtuous circle.
With the coming of numerous PH orders by participants both old and new, and with the gradual completion of all the partially-finished PH orders and those of ‘10% first payment + conversion’ made before February 8, 2017, MMM China will soon embark with pride on her road to a steady, healthy and long-term development and prosperity of the System!
